A new Basque haute cuisine restaurant, a top-of-the-line proposal born from the merger between two renowned chefs such as Sergio Ortiz de Zárate, Michelin Star holder and specialist in seafood, and Beñat Ormaetxea, winner of the National Prize for Young Chefs and specialist in wild game meats.
An experience complemented by an extensive range of wines and spirits sourced from the best Spaniard wineries. The restaurant is located in the heart of Madrid’s financial district, on the 33rd floor of the Emperador Castellana Tower, making it the highest restaurant in Spain.
